The process of obtaining non-repayable grants from EU funds takes from 6 months up to two years. During this process, we distinguish the phase of project proposal writing and the project implementation phase.
The phase of writing a project proposal for EU funds refers to the period before the submission of the application. During this period, you gather a set of technical documentation depending on the project and the EU call. In collaboration with an advisor, you create additional documentation prescribed by the specific EU call for grants. Competitions are not unified! They differ according to a series of criteria for applicants and costs, the purpose of the competition, as well as the type of support and the intensity of support that can be achieved per project. The text of the entire tender documentation, which prescribes the conditions you must meet, is often more than 150 pages long and is not known in advance.
