We are a small team of completely different, yet entirely alike individuals. Each of us approaches work from our own perspective, excelling in specific segments. Together, we collaborate on inspiring entrepreneurial projects (development of digital fashion, video game development, production of the world’s most beautiful wallpapers, launching a glamping resort, manufacturing autonomous robots, etc.) that are mostly successfully realized in Croatia.
The fundamental value we promote is TRUST. In addition to being thorough in business and meeting deadlines, for us, trust means:
- taking initiative in crucial moments
- thinking outside the box
- communicating openly, no matter how challenging it may be
The other equally important core value for us is EMPATHY. We sense the vibe in the space, read between the lines, and sniff out risks ahead of others, and in our business, this means:
- we know how to listen and strive to understand
- we are highly creative and suggest ideas
- we think on behalf of the client
At our place, there is NO:
- stealing the credits and a boss watching the clock
- pre-defined job titles and job descriptions
- difficult colleagues or clients – at least not twice 😉
- the same project twice
