CASE STUDY
Read more about our collaboration with a global manufacturer of adhesives, composites, and functional polymers.
Based on group-level requirements, the client needed to prepare a company crisis management plan and a business recovery plan for potential crisis situations.
Due to the complexity of the analyses required for this type of documentation, the need for strategic and creative thinking, and the limited timeframe for preparation, the client needed external support throughout the process.
Before formalizing the collaboration, we gathered as much detailed information as possible about the purpose and goals of the required documents, the current business operations, and possible future scenarios.
Before formalizing the collaboration, we gathered as much detailed information as possible about the purpose and goals of the required documents, the current business operations, and possible future scenarios.
The crisis management plan was prepared by first mapping the company’s business processes and conducting a risk analysis.
Together with the client, we identified potential risk events and assessed the impact each event could have on business continuity. We also analyzed how different job positions were connected to specific risk scenarios.
After determining the overall level of risk for each position, we assessed the possibility of replacing or reallocating responsibilities between different roles when necessary.
Based on the findings, we prepared a proposed action plan for crisis response and business recovery.
The collaboration lasted several months, with weekly communication and coordination meetings throughout the process.
