CASE STUDY
Read more about our collaboration with a company specializing in the production of electrical insulation systems and composite materials.
The client was launching a new production facility in Slavonski Brod. The total investment value was EUR 4 million.
Considering the scale of the investment and the planned business growth, the client wanted to take advantage of the opportunities provided by the Croatian Investment Promotion Act.
One of the key challenges was structuring the investment and preparing the necessary documentation to ensure the project met all requirements for obtaining investment incentives.
The client needed support in understanding the regulatory framework, defining eligible costs, and preparing the complete investment application documentation.
Before formalizing the collaboration, we gathered detailed information from the client about the planned investment and employment plans. After assessing the project’s real potential, we agreed on the terms of cooperation and began intensive work on the project.
Klijentu smo tumačili odredbe trenutnog Zakona, davali mišljenja, upozoravali na moguće rizike, podsjećali na rokove, komunicirali s Ministarstvom gospodarstva. Pripremili smo sveobuhvatnu dokumentaciju, s poslovnim planom. Cjelokupni proces pripreme dokumentacije trajao je mjesec dana.
The process of obtaining investment incentive status took approximately three months. During that period, we remained available to the client for all questions related to the investment timeline and additional requests from the Ministry.
We also agreed on long-term support for annual reporting to the Ministry of Economy, including preparation of documentation and additional reporting requirements for a minimum period of three years.
